Lead Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead our sales, marketing, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in driving sales growth, crafting effective marketing strategies, and expanding business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email. SEO, PPC) to reach the target audience.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build strategic partnerships and alliances with other firms or organizations.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
• Customize staffing solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment. HR) to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide timely solutions.
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing staff.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
• Track and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Use insights from analysis to refine strategies and tactics.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain quality standards in service delivery and client interactions
• Continuously evaluate and improve sales and marketing strategies based on feedback and results.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or IT related field.
• Bachelor’s degree relevant experience in technical sales and marketing
• Minimum 10 to 11 years of experience in Business Administration.
• Ability to set ambitious goals and drive towards achieving them. Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and focus on activities that yield the greatest impact.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, business priorities, and organizational needs. Ability to pivot strategies quickly and seize new opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and overcome obstacles. Capacity to approach problems creatively, generate alternative solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
• Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering value-added solutions Ability to build strong relationships with customers, anticipate their needs, and exceed their expectations.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 11+ years of professional experience in Lead Sales and Business Development.
